Nadir Ismayil holds a Juris Doctor degree from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law and a Bachelors of Law (LLB) degree from Baku State University, Azerbaijan. He served as a Managing Editor of the Ohio State Journal on Dispute Resolution, and as Team Captain of The Ohio State University Team in the Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition.

Mr. Ismayil's practice concentrates on immigrant and non-immigrant visas, specifically employment-based non-immigrant visas, such as O-1, H-1B, and L-1. He is experienced in obtaining waivers of the two-year home residency requirement for J visa holders, as well as other waivers of grounds of inadmissibility. Mr. Ismayil is also well-versed in issues relating to naturalization and eligibility for U.S. Citizenship.

While at law school, Mr. Ismayil served as an extern for the Honorable Magistrate Judge Terence P. Kemp of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio. He also worked as an in-house attorney in Baku, Azerbaijan, where his practice concentrated on creditors' rights, business law, and litigation.

Mr. Ismayil is fluent in English, Russian, Turkish, and Azerbaijani.
