Jack Doebley has over 15 years of experience working exclusively in immigration law. He has successfully obtained U.S. visas and permanent residence for highly-trained individuals in fields such as international business, medicine and biomedical research, nursing, information technology and related fields, engineering, high-level mathematical research, finance and accounting, and other in-demand professions.
His primary concentration is employment-based immigration, including: H, L, O, and E temporary visas; outstanding researcher, extraordinary ability, and multinational executive/manager petitions; National Interest Waiver petitions; PERM labor certifications; and employer immigration compliance issues, including H-1B/H-1B1 visa program compliance, I-9 compliance/audits, and E-Verify.
He also has expertise with all types family-based and individual immigration matters including: marriage-based petitions, parent-child petitions, sibling petitions, family-based consular processing applications; and Naturalization (U.S. citizenship).
Mr. Doebley authors articles for and develops continuing legal education programs presented by the Pennsylvania Bar Institute, and has created teaching materials for presentations given to attorneys at the U.S. Department of Justice. He has also provided case/client management advice on a consulting basis to immigration practices of other law firms.
